The month of September also brings news to the Social Insurance Board. Already from tomorrow, the Tallinn customer service hall of the Board will be open to people at Paldiski mnt 80 instead of the previous Endla 8.

According to Liis Mesi, head of customer relations at the Social Insurance Board, the new service point is more customer-friendly, and comfort and privacy are taken into account. The new service hall is on one level to ensure easier movement with wheelchairs and strollers. There are a total of 12 customer advice booths in the customer service area, which ensures safe counseling for people even on sensitive topics," says Mesi.

"As an additional option, starting in September, in the self-service environment of the Social Insurance Board, you can book an appointment with our customer service representatives in advance to get advice on applying for a pension, family benefits, or the severity of disability."

Public transport users can get to the new Tallinn customer service hall fastest with buses no. 8; 21; 21B; 22; 41; 41B; 42. The nearest stop is Mustjõe bus stop. Bus lines 46 and 47 go to the Humala stop. Those arriving by car can use the parking lot in front of the customer service hall, where parking is free.

Approximately 40,000 people visit the Tallinn customer service hall of the Social Insurance Board each year.
