When submitting a waiver request in self-service, confirm that the other parent also agrees to the waiver and does not wish to receive family benefits. In this case, we will stop paying family benefits from the next month. If you want to start receiving family benefits again after the withdrawal, you can also submit an application in the self-service communication window.
