Book an appointment for pension counselling

If you would like an advice on your retirement options or help filling out a pension application, book an appointment for pension counselling in our self-service. The counselling provides an overview of the pensions offered by the state: old-age pension, flexible old-age pension, survivor's pension, national pension, old-age pension under favourable conditions for raising children (three or more children or a disabled child).

For counselling, you can choose either a physical meeting at a customer service center that suits you or a video meeting (you need a webcam for this).

You can also submit pension application during the meeting.
