We provide information, counselling, guidance, and assistance on matters related to the activities of the Social Insurance Board.
If you are inquiring about personal data, we will ask you to identify yourself using Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.

Phone calls are recorded for the purpose of improving service quality. The Social Insurance Board may use your data to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
